Returns Policy

If you wish to return yarn, we will happily offer and exchange or a credit note.

(We do not give refunds unless an item is proved to be faulty).

Items for return should be in original packaging, unwound with complete, undamaged ball bands and free from strong odours (eg, smoke) and pet hairs etc.

Single balls can only be exchanged if they are in a sealable condition and we still have current stock of the same shade and dyelot.

Yarn cannot be exchanged if current stock is on sale or reduced.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange or credit notes if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
